We aim to make receiving and returning your Trailberg order as simple and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery options, shipping times, costs, and how to return or exchange an item if it’s not quite right. Please note: during particularly busy periods, especially over the Black Friday and Christmas period, orders may take a little longer to get to you.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Track Your Parcel
DPD - You will receive SMS and/or E-mail notification of your order details, as well as multiple drop off options in-flight. Orders will be delivered the next working day if placed before 15:30 on Monday through Thursday. There is also the option of a specific Saturday Delivery if required.
FedEx - You will receive SMS and/or E-mail notification of your order details as well as multiple drop off options in-flight. Delivery options will range from Pre 10am, Pre Noon and Next Day if selected in the checkout and purchased before 14:00 the previous day (Monday-Friday only).
International (FedEx) - You will receive SMS and/or E-mail notification of your order details, as well as multiple drop off options in-flight.
Import & Duty Fees - All deliveries are DDP, so tax and duty will be calculated and paid at checkout so there will be no unexpected costs due on delivery.
